Once instructed and fee agreed, we will visit the property and conduct a detailed laser-measured survey. Your plan will then be drawn digitally, using our CAD software, providing a professional high-quality and accurate floor plan.

Upon receipt of payment (preferably BACS / electronic bank transfer) your plan will be printed and copies posted direct, or alternatively sent electronically via email. This will be ready for use with the relevant leasehold documents. The plan will be sent as an Adobe PDF file.
